(BEDFORD) - Healthy Balance and Humana have partnered to host the Fall Health and Fitness Expo from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. Saturday.
The event will showcase how residents can start and stick to health and fitness goals.
There will be games, class demonstrations, cash prizes, and Super Oldies 105.5 WQRK will be broadcasting live from the event.
