Brownstown Police Looking For Man Who Robbed Convenience Store

(BROWNSTOWN) - Brownstown police continue to investigate an armed robbery reported early Sunday at a convenience store at Commerce and Main streets.

The investigation began after police received a report a white male about 5-foot-6 tall entered the Circle K and pointed a gun at a clerk. Police said he then walked around the counter, grabbed some items and left the store. The man, who was wearing camouflage pants and a black hoodie with an orange logo on the front and back, headed east from the store.

Brownstown Officer Reichenbacker investigated the incident reported at 5:07 a.m. Sunday. He was assisted by Reserve Officer Blake McCrary and Jackson County Officer Jesse Hutchinson.
