(JASPER) - A West Baden woman suffered head injuries after she crashed her vehicle into a ditch in Dubois County.
The accident happened Tuesday afternoon on County Road 400 North, east of Mill Street in Jasper.
35-year-old Jennifer Green told police she was attempting to shift gears when a wheel locked up, causing her to lose control of her vehicle. Green's car left the roadway and came to a stop in a ditch.
Green was trapped inside the vehicle. She was freed by good Samaritan's and taken by ambulance to Jasper Memorial Hospital after suffering a laceration to her head.
