Washington Man Sentenced To 12 Years In Prison

(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for a charge of conspiracy to commit dealing methamphetamine, a Class B felony.

Daviess County Superior Court Judge Dean Sobeck sentenced 50-year-old Jeffery Fox, who was part of a 15-person drug ring, was arrested in September 2013. Other arrested during the drug raid that involved local, state and federal officers included Leroy Ellis, Rhonda Lewis, Jennifer Sandoval, Eunice Lesure, Allen Marshall, Adam Tolbert, Barbara Kimmons, Haven Ramsey and Ruby Ramsey.

Judge Sobecki recommended the Purposeful Incarceration Program for Fox. If Fox completes the program successfully he can request a sentence modification.
