(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man Sunday on charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth, possession of precursors for the manufacturing of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a syringe, and maintaining a common nuisance.
29-year-old Ryan Parsons is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Also arrested were 20-year-old Chelsea Hayes of Washington and 26-year-old Echo Petty of Petersburg on a charge of visiting a common nuisance.
Hayes is being held without bond. Bond for Petty was set at $2,000.
