Two Daviess County Men Arrested After Police Find Meth

(MONTGOMERY) - Two Daviess County men are behind bars after a Friday night drug investigation.

Indiana State Trooper Mitchell Wier and Washington Police Officer Brandon Garland began an investigation into possible meth manufacturing.

Around 9:29 p.m., Officers arrived at the home of 74-year-old Stephen M. Chambers of Montgomery.

After searching the home, officers found meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

That investigation led police to the home of 47-year-old Gregory A. Baugh of Montgomery.

Officers searched that home and found meth, drug paraphernalia, and chemicals used to make meth.

Both Chambers and Baugh were arrested and taken to the Daviess County Security Center without incident.

Both Chambers and Baugh are facing charges of manufacturing meth, a Level 5 felony, possession of meth, a Level 6 felony , maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.

Chambers is also facing a Level 6 felony charge of possession of marijuana.
