(BEDFORD) - Two Bedford residents were arrested after they were caught having sex in a person’s yard Friday morning.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers were called to a home in the 1700 block of J Street at 10:43 a.m. after the resident found two naked people that they didn't know in their yard having sex.
When police arrived they too witnessed 43-year-old Kelly Freeman of Bedfprd and 48-year-old Christopher Fitzgerald of Bedford in the act.
Police arrested both on charges of public indecency and public intoxication.
