(BROWNSTOWN) - A 31-year-old Jackson County man accused of threatening a woman through Facebook posts pleaded guilty to a Class C felony count of stalking.
The Seymour Tribune reports that Dave L. Salesman of Seymour was arrested more than a year ago on four criminal charges, including intimidation and a second count of stalking, both Class D felonies, and invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor.
If Jackson Circuit Court Judge Richard W. Poynter approves a plea deal entered on September 24, Salesman could serve three years on home detention.
