Overnight, Single-Lane Closures On Ind. 37 Begin Monday

(BLOOMINGTON) - The I-69 Development Partners Team announces overnight single lane closures of both the northbound and southbound passing lanes on State Road 37 from Kinser Pike to Connaught Road.

Lane closures on SR 37 will be required to install construction entrances for bridge work over Griffy Creek, Bean Blossom Creek and Bean Blossom Creek Overflow.

Closures will begin on October 5 and continue through October 9.

The project will occur nightly between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning, weather permitting.

There will also be intermittent road closures on State Road 37 at Vernal Pike, Monday.

Closures on SR 37 will be required for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time to drop existing overhead power lines.

Work will occur on Monday and will be completed between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Tuesday morning, weather permitting.
