(BEDFORD) - Medicare’s open enrollment site that was scheduled for today at Stalker Apartments in Bedford has been relocated to Hoosier Uplands on Sixth Street.
Enrollment will be from 9 a.m. till Noon to help individuals review and change their Medicare Part D plans and Advantage Plan, as well as answer questions about Medicare.
Individuals are asked to bring a list of prescriptions, costs and your Medicare card.
To make an appointment call Hoosier Uplands at (800) 333-2451 or (812) 849-4457 and ask for Trudy. Walk-ins are also welcome.
