Daviess County Arrests

(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was arrested early Wednesday morning on charges of battery with a deadly weapon and criminal confinement.

Police arrested 21-year-old Junior Altine. He is being held in the Daviess County Jail on a $3,500 bond.

Also arrested on Wednesday was 28-year-old Zachary Woodsmall of Washington. He was arrested on charges of driving while his driver's license was suspended with a prior conviction, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a previous conviction, reckless driving, resisting law enforcement and causing a property damage.He is being held without bond.

On Tuesday morning, police arrested 30-year-old Bryan Folsom, of Washington for operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal, leaving the scene of an accident and for failure to appear. Folsom was allegedly involved in an accident on East George Street and then fled the scene on foot. He was later located on Northeast 6th Street and was arrested. His bond was was set at $25,000.

Police arrested 48-year-old Mathew Aishe, of Washington, on Tuesday after police found meth. He is facing charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and a legend drug and for maintaining a common nuisance. He posted bond and was released from jail.
