(BLOOMINGTON) - A real estate management company in Bloomington is leading the effort to find a way to rid the downtown area of nuisance crows and the accompanying droppings problem.
The Herald-Times reports CFC Properties held a panel discussion looking for solutions. CFC Properties safety officer Mark Webb says the droppings can cause health issues and lead to costly cleanups.
A panel of experts said the answer is an integrated and persistent approach.
U.S. Department of Agriculture wildlife biologist Lee Humberg says crows are hard to get rid of because they are determined, adding people have to be equally determined to get rid of them.
