(BLOOMINGTON) - AT&T has launched High Definition (HD) Voice in the Bloomington area. With HD Voice, AT&T customers in Bloomington can experience crystal clear conversations while simultaneously surfing the Web at 4G LTE speeds. There is no extra charge for HD Voice service.

Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) is the all-Internet Protocol (IP) network technology that enables HD Voice from AT&T, and VoLTE also enables the ability to talk while surfing the Web on the nation's most reliable 4G LTE network.

VoLTE and HD Voice from AT&T provide:

In order to experience HD Voice, both callers will need to be in an AT&T HD Voice coverage area using an AT&T HD Voice-capable device with HD Voice set up on their AT&T account. There is no extra charge for HD Voice service.

As demand for speed, connectivity and enhanced wireless services grows, the launch of HD Voice on our 4G LTE network is just another way we're working to provide our customers with enhanced services.

AT&T invested nearly $2 billion in its wireless and wired networks in Indiana from 2012 to 2014, driving a wide range of upgrades to reliability, coverage, speed and performance for residents and business customers.
