(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested Semsair Paul early Thursday morning after police found him with marijuana. He is being held on a $2,000 bond on a charge of possession of marijuana.
They also arrested 30-year-old Kristie Quiggins of Washington on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. She is being held on a $2,500 bond.
39-year-old Curtis Wolfe of Washington was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of schedule III and IV controlled substances, two counts of obstruction of justice, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wolfe was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond.
