(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was arrested after a child was taken to Daviess Community Hospital after being sexually assaulted.
According to police, they were notified on September 11 by medical personnel that they were treating what to appear to be a sexual assault on a child.
After a week long investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for 47-year-old Jose Sanchez on charges of incest and rape.
He was taken to the Daviess County Security Center where he is being held without bond.
