(MORGAN CO.) - Two people were arrested after Bloomington Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Section found drugs during traffic stop on State Road 135, near Morgantown.

During the course of the stop, Trooper Chris Griggs developed reasonable suspicion that indicated possible drug activity by the occupants of the vehicle. Soon after, Trp. Allen Deel and ISP K-9 Drogos arrived on the scene.

Drogos alerted police there were narcotics in the vehicle. Officers found heroin, "crack" cocaine, a "crack" pipe, scales, and syringes used to inject the drugs inside the vehicle.

Police also discovered the passenger in the vehicle, 21-year-old Carly J. Perras of Brownsburg, had an active restraining order against the driver, 23-year-old Shane Z. Proctor, of Indianapolis.

Perras was arrested on charges of possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of hypodermic syringes and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Proctor was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy.

The Morgantown Police Department assisted with the investigation.
