Trial Date Set For Man Facing Felony Child Molesting Charges

(WASHINGTON) - A trial date has been set for 29-year-old Kyle Sickbert who is charged in Daviess County with felony child molesting.

According to court records, Sickbert will face a jury of his peers on January 26th with Judge Dean Sobecki presiding. He is charged with four counts of child molesting with one being a felony charge.

Sickbert was arrested July 24th after the Daviess County Police Department received information that Sickbert was allegedly involved in several sexual encounters with a 12-year-old girl in the Montgomery area earlier in the month. He posted a posted a $500,000 bond and was released.
