(ORANGE CO.) - The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane restrictions for a bridge on State Road 145 near Eckerty beginning Thursday.
Depending upon weather conditions, contractors will restrict traffic to one lane between West County Road 1025 South and North Williams Ridge Road for a rehabilitation project on the bridge spanning the Patoka River. Restrictions will be limited to daytime hours. Flaggers will control traffic.
During the project loads over 14 feet wide will need to seek an alternate route. Work is scheduled to last until Oct. 2.
INDOT urges drivers to slow down and stay alert near crews.
