(BEDFORD) - The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County is changing the future for young people by providing every child in the county an equal chance to pursue the American Dream, to have a genuine opportunity to realize their full potential and to achieve a great future.
The club is opening doors to some 1400 youth each year.
With your support, the club enables all young people, especially those who need them most to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
The club is uniquely qualified to continue to serve those youth in the community given that they provide the community's youth with programming designed to nurture character development, healthy lifestyles and academic progress.
The "Rocking Bedford" 2015 Dinner & Auction, will have live music and a cash bar on November 13.
On behalf of the clubs 1400 youth, they thank you in advance for participating by donations of auction items and your sponsorships.
Tickets are $25 per person or $200 for a table.
External support is essential to the programs and activities at the club. It costs a child only $30 a year to become a member with it costs the club $538 a year to serve their needs
Officials are asking you to consider a generous and thoughtful donation of $538 to sponsor one of those children.
