(DAVIESS CO.) - Police have released the name of the victims from a multiple vehicle accident in Daviess County.
The head-on collision happened just before 3:30 p.m. on Sunday on State Road 257 in the Seven Curves.
According to police, the Dodge Caravan, driven by Terry Baker, was traveling north on State Road 257 at the same time a Honda Pilot, driven by Ellen Shafer, was traveling south on State Road 257.
Police say Baker crossed the centerline and hit the Honda head on.
Ellen Shafer was pronounced dead at the scene. Baker flown to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
Ronald Shefer a passenger in Baker's vehicle and Michael Thomson, a passenger in Shafer's vehicle were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.
