Orange County Police Warn About Harassing Phone Calls

Last updated on Wednesday, September 9, 2015

(PAOLI) - Over the last month, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department has received numerous complaints about harassing phone calls with caller identification showing the calls are coming from Town of Paoli employees.

Police say that if residents have received any of these calls they are prank calls. They are being made from a prank call app for smartphones.

If you have received any of these calls you are asked to contact the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Detectives are currently working with the cellular providers to track down and prosecute anyone using these apps in a malicious manner.
