(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department reports one person is dead following a head-on collision Sunday afternoon on State Road 257 in the Seven Curves.
According to police, both a southbound van and a northbound car went left of center and collided head-on.
The driver of the passenger van was flown to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. A passenger was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.
The driver of the passenger car was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital.
Names are being withheld pending notification of relatives.
