I-69 Section 5 Installs Temporary All-Way Stops At Intersections In Detour Zone

(BLOOMINGTON) - The I-69 Development Partners Team announces temporary all-way stops at two intersections in the Fullerton Pike detour zone. The Fullerton Pike detour will utilize Leonard Springs, Tapp and Rockport roads.

A three-way stop signs will be installed at the Leonard Springs Road and Fullerton Pike intersection. In addition, a temporary traffic control signal has been installed at Leonard Springs Rd and Tapp Rd and will be in a flash mode until the Fullerton Pike detour is implemented. The signal for this intersection will flash yellow for Leonard Springs Road, and flash red for Tapp Road.

These improvements are required to provide adequate safety and more efficient traffic flow during the implementation of the Fullerton Pike detour.

Please exercise caution as construction work continues.

Fullerton Pike west of State Road 37 to Close

Fullerton Pike west of State Road 37, between SR 37 and Monroe Medical Park Road, will be closed on or after Monday.

Fullerton Pike is being closed to construct roadway improvements.
