First Annual Becky's Place Benefit Ride Saturday

(BEDFORD) - The First Annual Becky’s Place Benefit Ride, hosted by Olde Downtown Entertainment, will be Saturday.

The event will kick off with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Knucklehead Bend Market and Eatery on Oolitic Road at 10:30 a.m., kickstands up at Noon.

The cost is $20 per bike and $5 for passengers.

All the proceeds will benefit Becky's Place, a women's shelter, that creates hope for women and their children who are experiencing homelessness. The shelter and staff help families move toward a life of self-sufficiency.

It you don't ride or have a motorcycle, you can still participate in a corn hole or Euchre tournament that will be held at the Olde Downtown Tavern beginning at Noon.

Three bands will also be performing beginning at 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

There will be a 50/50 drawing, raffles and other prizes and food.
