(BEDFORD) - On Saturday, September 26 the Bedford North Lawrence Music Boosters will host the First BNL Marching Invitational.
The event is the first marching band event to be held on the BNL campus since the Music Boosteres hosted the ISSMA Regional.
The event will kick off at 1 p.m. on September 26th. Bands performing are Southwestern High School from Hanover; Orleans, Springs Valley, Danville, Bloomington South, Jennings County, Crawford County and the BNL Marching Stars, who will march in an exhibition performance.
"We have some great judges coming in," says BNL Band Director Jim Jones. "The next week for some of the bands starts their first round of tournament action leading to state in the Scholastic class."
The event is open to the public. The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for students and kids 5 and under are free.
