Painting Historic Homes Workshop Thursday In Bedford

(BEDFORD) - A workshop on painting methods for wood buildings will be hosted by Bedford Revitalization, Inc. (BRI) on Thursday, from 6:30 p.m. till 8 p.m.

The workshop will be held at the Wiley House Art Center, behind the Lawrence County Museum, at the corner of 14th and J Streets.

The workshop is taught by Ron Zmyslo from Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites. He will cover 12 steps for a long lasting paint job, including types of paint and brushes and the benefits of pretreatment and surface treatments.

The workshop is $10 per person with refreshments provided.
