(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was arrested after he allegedly had sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl.
According to police, the Washington Police Department arrested 28-year-old Olmando Joseph on felony charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, possession of child pornography and dissemination of matters harmful to minors.
Police began their investigation on July 1, after receiving information about the incidents. He was arrested on Thursday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
