(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police arrested a Washington man early Tuesday morning for operating a vehicle while impaired with a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 31-year-old Jamie Gibbs.
He was booked into the Daviess County Security center on $2,000 bond.
