(PEKIN) - Indiana State Police arrested a Pekin woman after police say she took fraudulent prescriptions to a Salem pharmacy and had them filled.
Arrested on a warrant was 36-year-old Tammy Weidner on charges of obtaining a legend drug by fraud or deceit, unlawfully acquiring a controlled substance, possession of a schedule 1,2, 3, or 4 controlled substance and possession of a legend drug.
This investigation is continuing.
