(MONROE LAKE) - Monroe Lake will host its first-ever bilingual event, ¡Bienvenida a Monroe Lake!, on Saturday, August 29.

Drop by the Activity Center Shelter between 2 and 4 p.m. to learn about animal furs in Spanish or English. At 8 p.m., there is an interactive bi-lingual campfire program, Snakes around the World, featuring stories from different cultures about snakes and appearances by Monroe Lake's live snake "ambassadors."
