(BROWNSTOWN) - As an officer with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department and a member of the Brownstown Town Council, Dustin Steward has been a servant of the community in many ways.
But after 3.5 years, his time with the council has come to an end because he is moving out of Ward 5, which covers the southern part of the county seat.
Steward says his family had outgrown their home and they have bought another in Vallonia.
