Bedford Police Rescue Raccoon After Getting Head Trapped In Jar

(BEDFORD) - While you were sleeping Tuesday, two Bedford police officers were helping a 4-legged community member.

The critter was trespassing at the Dollar General Store in the trash can when the masked bandit got its head stuck in a jar.

Bedford Police Major Danny Irwin and Officer Morgan Lee removed the jar. They then issued the raccoon a verbal warning for trespassing and sent the bandit on his way.
