(BLOOMINGTON) - A 36-year-old Bloomington woman was arrested Tuesday after police received a call reporting the woman was asleep inside of Applebee’s on East Third Street and had left without paying her $16 bill.
Police found the woman asleep outside of the restaurant. She failed to cooperate with police and provide them with her name. Police say her blood-alcohol level was 0.26 percent.
The woman was taken to the hospital for an evaluation because of her condition and then taken to jail on charges of theft and false informing.
