Last updated on Monday, July 13, 2015

(IRELAND) - Three juveniles are facing criminal charges after they allegedly broke into the Ireland Youth Sports Concession, east of the Elementary School.

Police say the teens, two from Jasper and one from Huntingburg, are facing felony charges of burglary and misdemeanor charges of theft and criminal mischief.

The break-in was discovered the morning of Monday, July 6. Police say the teens destroyed a window air conditioning unit when they pushed it through a window to enter the building.

The concession stand was ransacked and candy and pop were taken.

A witness told police they saw the three teens walking along County Road 300 North.

The three were arrested and released to their parents.
