(BEDFORD) - Bedford North Lawrence School board has voted to accept a bid of $10,251 from Victor Makximenko for a tract of land near Englewood School on Washington Avenue.
The school board received two bids from the 1.5 wooded acres located west of the Englewood School.
A second bid of $3,000 had been received from Kristy Endris. According to school board attorney Greg Pittman, she was given a chance to increase her bid, but opted not to.
No bids were received for the Englewood building, so Pittman says the building will be re-advertised.
