(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after police say he was dealing meth.
Officers with the Lawrence County Drug Task Force, armed with a search warrant, went to the home of 47-year-old Troy Jones on Frank Street at 12:23 p.m. Monday after Jones sold meth to an informant.
At home police found meth in Jones' pocket and under his couch.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Mike Branham, officers recovered 1.72 grams of meth, both in powder and crystal form.
