Last updated on Friday, July 10, 2015

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are seeking charges against a man and woman for prostitution and patronizing prostitution.

On Tuesday night, Bloomington police were called to the 1700 block North Walnut Street, just after 10:30 p.m. A clerk at America's Best Value Motel called police to report a disturbance.

When police arrived, a man told them he had made an agreement with an 18-year-old woman to pay her $200 for sex.

The woman told police she took the man's money and left the room. The man later found her and demanded his money back.

The Monroe County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing the case.
