(PAOLI) - Throop Elementary School will begin enrolling students today and tomorrow from 3:30 p.m. till 7:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 1 to enroll.
Lunch and breakfast prices
The regular cost for breakfast is $7.50 per week or $1.50 per day. The regular cost for lunch is $11.25 per week or $2.25 per day.
The reduced price for breakfast for qualifying students is $1.50 per week or 30 cents per day. The reduced price for lunch for qualifying students is $2 per week or 40 cents per day. The cost of an extra carton of milk will be 40 cents.
Fees
Students in kindergarten and first grade will pay a $5 art and technology fee. The fee for students in grades 2-6 will be $7.50.
Meet and greet
A meet and greet is scheduled for 5 p.m. till 6:30 p.m. on August 4. Students are encouraged to take personal supplies to their new classroom at that time.
The first day of school will be August 5.
