(NASHVILLE) - The Brown County community is coming together to help raise money for victims of last week’s storms — including the family of a man who died while trying to check on his grandmother.
Travis Watkins was swept away by floodwaters during the storm. Rescue crews found his body the next day.
Donations poured in during a gathering Monday night that involved live music and a silent auction.
