(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after police were called to the 1300 block of South College Mall Road, just after 5 p.m. Saturday after a report of an argument that had turned physical inside a vehicle.
According to police, before the vehicle came to a complete stop a juvenile jumped out of the car and was screaming for help.
The teen told police he had been struck in the face by 52-year-old Kenneth Buzzard.
Buzzard was arrested on a battery charge.
