Officer attempted to stop the vehicle they were looking for at the intersection of John William Boulevard and U Street. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle and that is when the driver and passenger jumped out and fled.

The female fled on U Street, while the male took off down the Milwaukee Trail.

"The woman then ran over the hill toward the trail and that is when an officer ordered her to stop or she would be tased," Parsley says. "She didn't stop."

She was tased and arrested.

Other offices caught the male on the trail and after a struggle he was arrested.

"One officer suffered a cut to his elbow and shoulder, but did not need medical attention," Parsley added.
