Two Women Arrested After Found Intoxicated And With Drugs In Parking Lot

(BEDFORD) - Bedford police arrested two women after they found them intoxicated in the parking lot of Rue 21 Saturday afternoon.

Bedford police responded to the business after receiving several calls about two intoxicated women in the parking lot and one of those women slumped over the steering wheel of a Jeep.

According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, when officers arrived they found 23-year-old Hannah Baker slumped over the steering wheel and 32-year-old Nyoka Albertson stumbling in the parking lot near the vehicle.

"Both women showed signs of impairment," Parsley says. "Officers found meth, heroin and pills."

Baker was arrested on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth, possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

Albertson was charged with visiting a common nuisance, possession of meth and public intoxication.
