(BLOOMINGTON) - Two teens were arrested and a third cited into court after they allegedly hit another teen and stole his cell phone.
Bloomington police were called to the 1100 block West 11th Street, 1:31 a.m. Monday, after a 15-year-old boy reported that three teens who have been harassing him for weeks, punched him and then stole his cellphone.
Police arrested a 15-year-old and 14-year-old on charges of battery and robbery. Both were taken to the Jackson County Juvenile Detention Center.
A third teen was referred to the Monroe County Juvenile Probation Department for a curfew violation.
