Motorcycle Ride Planned To Raise Funds For Orleans Bicentennial Fireworks

(ORLEANS) - Come and be a part of history by helping fund the first ever Orleans Bicentennial Celebration Fireworks display.

A motorcycle ride is planned to depart from the lower parking lot of the Orleans High School on Sunday, July 5th with kickstands up at 1:30 p.m.

Registration will begin at Noon.

The ride will consist of a 4 to 5 hour ride through the south central Indiana area with food and fuel stops along the way.

The cost to ride is $10 per bike and there will also be raffle tickets available that are being sold by the Orleans American Legion Post #69 with proceeds from both being used to fund the Orleans Bicentennial Fireworks Display.

The ride will end back in the Orleans area for supper and the Orleans Bicentennial Fireworks Display along with the drawing of the raffle tickets where there will be up to $5000 given away in winnings(subject to all 500 tickets sold).
