(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after he was causing a disturbance at the intersection of H and 20th streets on Friday night.
When police arrived at 11:48 p.m. they found that 44-year-old Daniel Yarberry was intoxicated. He refused to cooperate with police and was arrested.
Yearberry is facing charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
