(MITCHELL) - Mitchell Police officer John “JD” England Jr. was validated as a second candidate for the Independent party in the race for Mitchell Mayor.
The November election ballot now includes the names of four men: England and William H. Conley, both independents; Republican Dan Terrell and Democrat Eugene "Pud" Terrell.
