According to a press release, American Pickers is a documentary series that explores the fascinating world of antique 'picking' on the History Channel. This hit show follows two of the most skilled pickers in the business, Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz, as they embark on an epic road trip across the U.S. in search of America's most valuable antiques from motorcycles, classic cars and bicycles to one-of-a-kind vintage memorabilia.

Hitting the back roads from coast to coast, Mike and Frank earn a living by scouring the country for hidden gems in junkyards, basements, garages and barns. The best part of their journey is meeting the unique characters along the way, each with a story to tell about the history of their collection and their own lives. New episodes air Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. EST.
