(WASHINGTON) - Three vehicles were involved in a crash west of Washington at County Road 300-west across from the Maysville United Methodist Church Friday afternoon.
Daviess County Chief Deputy Gary Allison says the vehicle that was struck was driving by 24-year-old Amber Wadsworth. She was taken by helicopter to the University of Louisville Hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Two people in the other car involved were also injured. The driver was not. The two passengers suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.
The third vehicle involved was a commercial van, no information was available about that driver.
Police say the accident is under investigation and more information will be released when their investigation is complete.
