(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell School Board appointed teacher Steve Grissom to serve as assistant principal at Mitchell Junior High School.
Grissom, who has taught social studies at the school since 2002, will replace Jessica Jones, who held the position and left to become the new principal at Burris Elementary School. Jones is replacing Steve Dorsett, who is retiring this year.
