Police Find 1.42 Pounds Of Marijuana And Guns

(WASHINGTON) - A drug investigation ends with nearly one and a half pounds of marijuana off the streets and a suspect on the run.

On April 21, Trooper Mitchell Wier and Washington Officer Brandon Garland began a drug investigation based off of information about possible drug activity at a home at 207 East John Street in Washington.

When police arrived they found 35-year-old Keri R. Pilk and 24-year-old Crevessi Roberts Jr., both of Washington. During a search of the home police found 1.42 pounds of marijuana, digital scales, and two handguns.

Arrest warrants were issued through the Daviess County Court for both Pilk and Roberts fon felony charges of dealing marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

Pilk was arrested without incident and taken to the Daviess County Security Center,

However, Roberts remains at large.
